- Lane 2 shows anti-ATM pS1981 polyclonal antibody detects ATM in Hydrogen Peroxide Stimulated Human Derived MCF-7 Whole Cell Lysate. Lane 1 shows a lysate from untreated MCF-7 cell lysate. The band corresponding to ATM (370 kDa) is indicated by an arrow. After blocking, the membrane was probed with a 1:1000 dilution of the primary antibody for 1 h at room temperature followed by washes and reaction with a 1:5,000 dilution of IRDye(TM)800 conjugated Donkey anti-Rabbit IgG for 1h at room temperature. LICOR's Odyssey(R) Infrared Imaging System was used to scan and process the image. Other detection systems will yield similar results.
