- Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water. After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4ºC in the dark. For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 µL. Mouse anti Human CD59 antibody, clone MEM-43 recognizes CD59, a glycosyl-phosphatidylinositol (GPI) anchored membrane protein also known as membrane attack complex inhibition factor.
