- Detection of TRAIL/TNFSF10 in Human PBMCs by Flow Cytometry. Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) either (A) untreated or (B) treated with 150 ng/mL IFN-alpha for 48 hours were stained with Mouse Anti-Human TRAIL/TNFSF10 APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB687A) and Mouse Anti-Human CD14 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB3832P).
