- Detection of TRAIL/TNFSF10 in Human PBMCs by Flow Cytometry. Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), untreated (A) or treated (B) with rhIFN-alpha for 48 hours (150 ng/mL), were stained with Mouse Anti-Human TRAIL/TNFSF10 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB687P) and Mouse Anti-Human CD14 APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # 3832A). Quadrant markers were set based on control antibody staining (Catalog # IC002P).
