- Western blot analysis of Tnnc1 was performed by loading Mouse skeletal muscle tissue lysates (40µg) on to a 12% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a Tnnc1 antibody (Product # PA5-51325) at a 1/250 dilution for 5 seconds, followed by Goat anti rabbit IgG at 1/8000 dilution.
