- Detection of Human Ku70/XRCC6 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line, and HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human Ku70/XRCC6 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5597) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF017). A specific band was detected for Ku70/XRCC6 at approximately 70 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
