- Detection of Human/Mouse/Rat MP1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, NIH-3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line, Balb/3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line, NRK rat normal kidney cells, and PC-12 rat adrenal pheochromocytoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat MP1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB4367) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). For additional reference, recombinant human MP1 (2 ng) was included. A specific band for MP1 was detected at approximately 14 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 3.
