- Western blot analysis of PLCG1 immunoprecipitates from human Jurkat cells untreated (lane 1) or treated with pervanadate (1 mM) for 30 min (lane 2). Immunoprecipitation was performed with monoclonal anti-PLCG1. The blots were probed with PLCG1 monoclonal antibody, clone M156 (Cat # MAB1377).
