- PLC- gamma 2 in Human PBMCs. PLC- gamma 2 was detected in immersion fixed human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) using Human/Mouse PLC- gamma 2 Monoclonal Antibody at 10 ug/ml for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using NorthernLights 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (yellow) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
