- Neutralization of IFNGR1 in HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line. Samples were incubated in IFNGR1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47866). Recombinant Human IFN‚γ reduces the Encephalomyocarditis Virus (EMCV)-induced cytopathy in the HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Inhibition of EMCV activity elicited by Recombinant Human IFN‚γ (2 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Goat Anti-HumanIFN‚γ R1/CD119 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody. The ND50 is typically 0.5-2 µg/mL.
