- Mouse Monoclonal IFN-gamma R1/CD119 Antibody
- Antibody type
- Monoclonal
- Description
- Protein A or G purified. In Western Blotting only one protein band is stained corresponding to a MW of 43,000, which is equal to the MW for the glycosylated extracellular part of the human extra-cellular interferon-gamma receptor (fused to c-myc), and a MW of 27,000 corresponding to the non-glycosylated part (fused to c-myc). The antibody does not neutralise biological activity of interferon gamma.
