Detection of IL-1 alpha/IL-1F1 propeptide in LPS-treated Human PBMCs by Flow Cytometry. Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells were treated for 6 hours with 1 μg/mL LPS then stained with Human IL-1 alpha/IL-1F1 Propeptide Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4154, filled histogram) or control antibody (Catalog # 5-001-A, open histogram), followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # NL010) To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with saponin.
