- Detection of Human NFATC3 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of 293T human embryonic kidney cell line, HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, and Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human NFATC3 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5834) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for NFATC3 at approximately 140 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
