Experimental details

Detection of Human TGIF1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HCT-116 human colorectal carcinoma cell line and A549 human lung carcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human TGIF1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF7555) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). Specific bands were detected for TGIF1 at approximately 32-34 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
