- Monoclonal
- Description
- Monoclonal antibody for TRAF-6/TRAF6 detection. Host: Rabbit.Size: 100ug/vial. Tested applications: Flow Cytometry, IHC, WB. Reactive species: Human, Mouse, Rat TRAF-6/TRAF6 information: Molecular Weight: 59573 MW; Subcellular Localization: Cytoplasm . Cytoplasm, cell cortex . Nucleus . Lipid droplet . Found in the nuclei of some aggressive B-cell lymphoma cell lines as well as in the nuclei of both resting and activated T- and B-lymphocytes. Found in punctate nuclear body protein complexes. Ubiquitination may occur in the cytoplasm and sumoylation in the nucleus. RSAD2/viperin recruits it to the lipid droplet (By similarity); Tissue Specificity: Expressed in heart, brain, placenta, lung, liver, skeletal muscle, kidney and pancreas.

- Experimental details
- Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human colon carcinoma, using TRAF6 Antibody(M00185-1)TRAF6 was detected in paraffin-embedded tissue section. Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed in citrate buffer (pH6, epitope retrieval solution) for 20 mins. The tissue section was blocked with 10% goat serum. The tissue section was then incubated with 1ug/ml rabbit anti-TRAF6 Antibody (M00185-1)overnight at 4°C Biotinylated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as secondary antibody and incubated for 30 minutes at 37°C The tissue section was developed using Strepavidin-Biotin-Complex (SABC)(Catalog # SA1022) with DAB as the chromogen.
