(RIGHT) Dot blot analysis of anti-Phospho-Wee1-Ser53 Antibody (Cat. #AP12736PU-N) on nitrocellulose membrane. 50ng of Phospho-peptide or Non Phospho-peptide per dot were adsorbed.
