- Experimental details
- Western blot analysis was performed on modified whole cell extracts (1% SDS) (30 µg lysate) of MCF-7 (Lane 1), MDA-MB-231 (Lane 2), PANC-1 (Lane 3), A-431 (Lane 4), U-2 OS (Lane 5), HeLa (Lane 6) and HEK293 (Lane 7). The blot was probed with WEE1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-15385, 1:1000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/ml, 1:4000 dilution). A 90kDa band corresponding to WEE1 was observed across the panel
