- GMA-8002 is an A1 domain specific antibody useful for detection of Factor VIII by ELISA. It shows no cross reactivity to porcine Factor VIII. It is non-inhibitory to Factor VIII in clotting assays. GMA-8002 is the designated cell line 2-116 as described by Summers, R et al. in reference 2. A sandwich ELISA of GMA-012 with GMA-8002 is described by Wakabayashi, H et al in reference 1.
