- GMA-8009 is an A2 domain specific antibody useful for detection of Factor VIII by ELISA. It is a strong inhibitor of Factor VIII activity in clotting assays. It pairs well with GMA-012 or GMA-8021 for detection of Factor VIII in a sandwich ELISA. GMA-8009 is the designated cell line 1D4 as described by Summers, R et al. in reference 1.
