- GMA-8022 is a C2 domain specific antibody useful for detection of Factor VIII by ELISA. Binding is unaffected by von Willebrand factor and phospholipid. It has been shown to inhibit the activation of Factor VIII by either thrombin or factor Xa (type II inhibitor)1. GMA-8022 is the designated cell line I14 as described by Meeks, S et al. in reference 1.
