Description

GMA-8026 is a C2 domain specific antibody useful for detection of Factor VIII by ELISA. It has been shown to inhibit (with GMA-8013) the activation of Factor VIII by either thrombin or factor Xa (type II inhibitor). GMA-8026 is the designated cell line G99 as described by Meeks, S et al. in reference 1.
