- Western Blot: MeCP2 Antibody [NBP2-59230] - Whole cell extracts (25 ug) from HeLa (lane 1), MCF7 (lane 2), K562 (lane 3) and NIH3T3 cells (lane 4) were analysed by Western blot using the antibody against MeCP2 diluted 1:1,000 in TBS-Tween containing 5% skimmed milk.
