- Western blot analysis from lysates of human kidney tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-human Uromodulin Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-46959) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for Uromodulin at approximately 80-90 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

- Immunohistochemical analysis of Uromodulin in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human kidney. Samples were incubated in Uromodulin polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-46959) using a dilution of 1.7 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained with the Anti-Sheep HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific labeling was localized to epithelial cells in tubules.
