- This antibody does not neutralize the enzymatic activity of its corresponding methyltransferase. Prior to immunostaining paraffin tissues, antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) is recommended. Suggested positive control: antigen standard for DNMT3A (transient overexpression lysate), HCT116 cell lysates.
