- Western blot analysis of RPSA expression in HELA whole cell lysates (lane 1) and U2OS whole cell lysates (lane 2). RPSA at 40KD was detected using rabbit anti- RPSA Antigen Affinity purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # PB10094) at 0.5 μg/mL. The blot was developed using chemiluminescence (ECL) method (Catalog # EK1002).
