Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Spectrin beta 3 Antibody (3B1NB) [NBP2-44310] - IHC analysis of a formalin fixed and paraffin embedded tissue section of normal human prostate using 1:200 dilution of Spectrin beta 3 antibody (clone 3B1NB). The antibody generated a specific cytoplasmic staining with strong signal at cell-cell junctions in the glandular epithelium of the prostate section. The cells of fibromuscular stroma showed a diffused signal throughout the sections.
