- A) HEK293 overexpressing NRAS and probed with AP16805PU-N(mock transfection in first lane), tested by Origene. B) AP16805PU-N NRAS antibody staining of A431 lysate at 0.01 µg/ml (35µg protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
