- Product name
- IL-2 Monoclonal Antibody (B-G5), Biotin
- Antibody type
- Monoclonal
- Antigen
- Recombinant full-length protein
- Description
- M600B targets IL-2 in ELISA, and WB applications and shows reactivity with Human samples. The M600B immunogen is recombinant human IL-2. M600B detects IL-2 which has a predicted molecular weight of approximately 15 kDa. The M600B IL2 antibody (biotinylated conjugate of clone BG5) has successfully been paired as the detection antibody in a sandwich ELISA with polyclonal capture antibody P600. Typical dilutions for sandwich ELISA include 1 µg/mL for coating and 0.125 - 0.25 µg/mL for detection. Biotinylated antibody M600B (clone BG5) and antibody P600 have successfully been used in combination with recombinant IL2 protein SIL2 in ELISA applications.
