- IL-2 in Human PBMCs. IL-2 was detected in immersion fixed PMA-, ionomycin-, and monensin-stimulated human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) using 10 µg/mL Goat Anti-Human/Primate IL-2 Biotinylated Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # BAF202) for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained with the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Streptavidin (red; Catalog # NL999) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
