- IFN-gamma Inhibition of VSV-induced Cytopathy and Neutralization by Feline IFN-gamma Antibody. Recombinant Feline IFN-gamma (Catalog # 764-FG) reduces the Vesticular Stomatitis Virus (VSV)-induced cytopathy in the CRFK feline kidney epithelial cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Inhibition of VSV activity elicited by Recombinant Feline IFN-gamma (5 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Goat Anti-Feline IFN-gamma Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF764). The ND50 is typically 1-3 µg/mL.
