- Western Blot: IFN-gamma Antibody [NBP1-77880] - Shows detection of recombinant chicken IFN gamma at 16.7 kDa, raised in yeast. Primary antibody was diluted to 1ug/mL. 3% BSA from BSA-30 (Bovine Serum Albumin Solution) was used for blocking. Secondary antibody was used at 1:20,000.
