- Western Blot analysis of HNF1A was performed by separating 50 µg of Mouse tissue extracts by 7.5% SDS-PAGE. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and probed with a HNF1A Monoclonal Antibody (GT4110) (Product # MA5-17267) at a dilution of 1:2000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
