- Protein G purified. NB100-63917 recognizes murine CD5 (Lyt-1) a cell surface glycoprotein expressed by T-lymphocytes. Studies suggest that CD5 plays an important role in the regulation of immune tolerance and lymphocyte selection. Clone YTS 121.5.2 is suitable for T-cell depletion in-vivo (1).
