Staining of normal human peripheral blood cells with 0.25 ug of mouse IgG1 kappa isotype control purified (upper) or 0.25 ug of CXCR2 monoclonal antibody, clone eBio5E8-C7-F10 (Cat # MAB10878) (bottom) followed by F(ab')2 Anti-mouse IgG PE. Cells in the large scatter population were used for analysis.
