- Detection of Human Aggrecan (ADAMTS5-cleaved) by Western Blot. Western blot shows recombinant human Aggrecan N-terminal and C-terminal fragments. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human Aggrecan Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB64891) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for the Aggrecan C-terminal fragment at approximately 55-60 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
