- PA1-28321 detects DUSP6a from human, mouse, rat samples. PA1-28321 has been successfully used in Western blot applications. Detects a band of approximately 60kDa in an E-coli fusion protein sample (predicted molecular weight: 42kDa). The PA1-28321 immunogen is synthetic peptide, corresponding to amino acids 135-280 of Human DUSP6a.
