PA1-26728 detects ERK5 (phospho T218) from human samples. PA1-26728 is expected to cross react with mouse (100% conserved) due to sequence homology. PA1-26728 shows some cross-reactivity with ERK1 and 2 (44 and 42 kDa, respectively) PA1-26728 has been successfully used in Immunohistochemistry (frozen), and Western blot procedures. Predicted molecular weight is 88 kDa. The PA1-26728 immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to a portion of human ERK5 containing threonine 218 and tyrosine 220. Store at 4ºc short term. For extended storage, aliquiot and store at -20ºC or below. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
