- Western blot analysis was performed on tissue extracts (30 µg lysate) of Mouse Heart (Lane 1), Rat Heart (Lane 2), Mouse Liver (Lane 3), Mouse Skeletal Muscle (Lane 4) and Mouse Brain (Lane 5). The blot was probed with Anti-Cardiac Troponin I Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-28964, 1:2000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/ml, 1:4000 dilution). A 24 kDa band corresponding to Cardiac Troponin I was detected only in Mouse and Rat Heart which are reported positive for Cardiac Troponin I expression.

Mouse tissue extract (50 µg) was separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Cardiac Troponin I Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-28964) diluted at 1:3,000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
