- Protein A or G purified from hybridoma culture supernatant. Detects pro and mature forms of Insect Cathepsin L in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In Western blots, less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Cathepsin L is observed and no cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Cathepsin L is observed.
