- Western blot of anti-Presenilin 2 antibody (clone PS2). Lane 1: Molecular weight marker; Lane 2: SH-SY5Y Nuclear Fraction. The blot was incubated with the primary antibody at 1µg/ml overnight at 4°C, followed by incubation with a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and chemiluminescence detection.
