- Western blot analysis of BMI-1 in skeletal muscle lysate. Samples were incubated in BMI-1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-23308) followed by a goat anti-rabbit Ig HRP secondary antibody. Lane 1 shows pre-immune sera. Lanes 2, 3 and 4 show this antibody. PicoTect ECL substrate solution was used for this test.
