Experimental details

Atg12 antibody tested in HEK cells. Fixed in PFA permeablilized with 0.2% Saponin. Blocked and antibodies in 10% goat serum. Secondary was mouse 555. The right is in full medium (FM) and the left with EBSS (no leupeptin)(Provided by Nicole McKnight & Sharon Tooze).

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human hepatocarcinoma tissue and lung carcinoma tissue reacted with APG12L Monoclonal Antibody (Cat.#OAAB06656), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
