- MA1-25752 detects Involucrin from human, rat, canine, gorilla, monkey, owl, and porcine samples. MA1-25752 has been successfully used in ELISA, Immunoflourescence, immunohistochemistry (paraffin), immunoprecipitation, and Western blot procedures. Perform enzymatic antigen retrieval before commencing with IHC staining protocol. For staining formalin-fixed tissues, digest sections with trypsin at 1mg/ml PBS, for 10 min at 37ºC. Note: Enzyme digestion is better than citrate buffer based epitope unmasking. The MA1-25752 immunogen is purified, full length, native human protein.
