- Detection of Human/Mouse/Rat SMC1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of U2OS human osteosarcoma cell line, Balb/3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line, and NRK rat normal kidney cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.25 µg/mL of Human/Mouse/Rat SMC1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3294) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for SMC1 at approximately 145 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
