- Detection of Human Gab2 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of MO7e human megakaryocytic leukemic cell line, U937 human histiocytic lymphoma cell line, and A549 human lung carcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.2 µg/mL of Human Gab2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4877) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for Gab2 at approximately 95 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
