- Western blot analysis using the NALP3 monoclonal antibody. Mouse NALP3 transfected cell lysate (A), human NALP3 transfected cell lysate  (B), mouse RAW lysate (C) and the recombinant mouse NLRP3 NOD domain protein immunogen (D) probed with 2 µg/ml antibody. Goat anti-mouse Ig HRP secondary antibody and PicoTect ECL substrate solution were used for this test.
