- Experimental details
- Western blot analysis was performed on membrane enriched extracts (30 µg lysate) of U-2 OS (Lane 1), A549 (Lane 2), C2C12 (Lane 3), K-562 (Lane 4), HL-60 (Lane 5), Raji (Lane 6), tissue extracts of Mouse Skeletal Muscle (Lane 7 ) and Rat Skeletal Muscle (Lane 8). The blot was probed with Anti-TPM1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-41996, 1.25µg/mL) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/mL, 1:4000 dilution). A 37 kDa band corresponding to TPM1 was observed in U-2 OS, A549 and tissue extracts tested except K-562, HL-60, Raji which are reported negative for TPM1 expression.
