- Detection of Human TCL1A by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Daudi human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line and Ramos human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL Goat Anti-Human TCL1A Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4847) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF017). For additional reference, recombinant human TCL1A was included. A specific band for TCL1A was detected at approximately 14 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 2.
