- Western blot analysis of DACT1 in 0.5 µg/mL brain lysate. Samples were incubated in DACT1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-23216 using a dilution of 5 µg/mL. Lane 1 shows pre-immune sera. Lanes 2, 3 and 4 show Dact1 antibody and rat brain lysate.

- Immunohistochemical analysis of DACT1 in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded human brain. Samples were incubated in DACT1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-23216) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues is enhanced by boiling tissue sections in 10 mM sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.
