- Western Blot staining of HEK293 lysate overexpressing Human STAT4 (c-term Myc tagged and loaded in Lane A&C) stained with PA5-19272 at a concentration of 1 µg/mL (lane A). Lane C was stained with anti-MYC Tag at a dilution of (1/1000). Lane B was loaded with mock-transfected HEK293 cells and stained using Product # PA5-19272 at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour and detection was performed by chemiluminescence.
